Brown Governance Inc. has developed and tested a comprehensive principle-based governance system that has been adopted and adapted by award-winning, leading governance organizations in a number of sectors, including all of the Regional Health Authorities in the Province of Saskatchewan, BMO Financial Group, federal and provincial governments, and the Directors College.

This principle-based system is the basis of our systematic, robust and highly successful approaches.
