The OHA’s true value is its effectiveness at shaping health policy and preparing its Members to meet new realities. Governance excellence will enable the OHA to remain an effective voice for our Members and the health system.
That is why the Board has approved a plan to improve the governance practices of future boards, and will ask for the approval of OHA Members at the November 2012 Annual Members’ Meeting.
